"I have for many years had a family cookout each summer and fall with barbeque as the main dish. Typically either I make it homemade or we purchase it from a local b-b-q company and serve it. This year I was directed to High On The Hog and decided to give it a try. I was amazed! For a family from NC we are pretty picky about our b-b-q sandwiches, but everyone was incredibly pleased with the flavor and quality. Not too smoky and just enough flavor in the sauces. The guys were great to work with and worked very hard to fit what I needed into a reasonable budget.
